Keep hygiene sticker while trying your new panties

Do not remove or discard anything until you know if you want to keep the product. Please try the panties with hygiene sticker and underwear to verify that size and style is right for you. Save the return shipping note you received if you need to return later.

Approved return and refund

Always let us know via email to if you want to return an item. Enter your order number, tell us what you are returning and why. We answer in either Swedish or English. Refund presupposes an approved return according to any of the following:


Should there be something wrong with the product you ordered, you can always make a complaint. Please take a photo illustrating the defect and send it by email to us. Comfydence accept responsibility for return shipping only for approved complaints.

Regret a purchase

You may regret your purchase within 60 days of receiving the delivery, provided that the products are unused, that hygiene stickers, the bag and all labels remain intact.


The guarantee allows you to try the function of your first panty within 60 days from when you receive your delivery. If you are not happy, send them back to us and we will refund your purchase. The guarantee covers one pair of panties from your first order. If you buy more panties in the same order, the guarantee only applies to one of them. The panties need to be returned for refund.

How to return your items:

Contact us at according to the instructions above and wait for an answer. Pack your panties with the string pouch and labels in the addressed bag they came in. Put a note with your name and order number – to help identify the return. If your delivery address is in Sweden, you received a return slip with your delivery, paste it over the address label on the bag. Seal and hand in the shipment to the agent according to the return ticket. We charge you if the return slip is used. If the delivery was outside Sweden, you need pay postage and send to:

If your return is approved, we will make refund within 10 working days from receiving it to the warehouse.
